Very friendly. Did a great job on our very messy fireplace. Previous owner of home had not taken good care of it. Crew was exceptional in cleaning. Told me things to do in the future to prevent any issues! Will use again!

We had Jason with Custom Masonry come out to do a 2nd opinion because we felt our current/previous company we've used for years was overcharging us. Turns out we were right and we have a new service partner moving forward. Jason was prompt, which we value a great deal with our crazy schedules. Looking forward to working together for many years.
Honest and Trustworthy - they did our chimney cleaning last year and everything went well. Then, we had them come out this year and after driving out to our house they inspected and let us know that no cleaning is currently needed...they did not charge us a dime for their time and trip!
